This was definitely my most anxiety ridden experience as a coeliac so far - called ahead to check they had gluten free gravy and what my options were if I ordered a roast , they told me the chicken had gluten in, everything else was fine - when I asked they didn't have an allergen menu and every time I asked about one of the roasts the waitress went back to the open kitchen where I could see them arguing about it - she changed her mind about 4 times about what was gf and contradicted the person on the phone until she'd clearly finished arguing with the chef and the manager came to help her (and still have false information) - I didn't want to make the group I was with leave, but I've also never felt so unreasonable for asking for the bare minimum (and I date men)
Nothing is marked but I told the waitress I needed gf food and I asked about a specific item and she went to ask the kitchen. I felt fine after the smoothie bowl! I’m not sure about more cooked food, but there is definitely at least a few options here!
