Review of No Gluten Inc

No gluten reaction (I had cookies, cheesecake and the bread). FYI, the phone & website is weird (I thought they went out business), but they are there (as of March 2021).. The white bread was a somewhat heavy loaf, better than average gluten-free bread (which I hate 90% of the brands sold in stores). It was a treat to have cheesecake again (not sure if it’s real cheesecake, but it tasted a lot like I remember). I wish they has cinnamon rolls.
