Review of No Way Jose's Cantina

How can they not provide a shredded cheese or cheese dip that's gluten free ?? If the owner was a true celiac he would know that's one of the easiest things to make gluten free or find already gluten free. The salsa is AWFUL...they need to call it pico de gayo and not salsa. It's celiac friendly but not very good.
