Celiac diner has never gotten sick here, orders at least twice a month. Typical order is a build-your-own poke bowl with white rice, ahi tuna, salmon and assorted GF toppings (they are marked). The only downside is finding GF poke sauce. Kikkoman makes some, but it's nearly impossible to find. Pro tip we found: Google poke sauce recipes, it's incredibly easy to make yourself: mainly soy sauce and sesame oil, and can then add Sriracha or chili oil, mirin, garlic, lime to taste or however you want it. Recommend this spot!
