Menu is a tasting menu style with choices to choose for starters, main, and desserts. The staff was very attentive to celiac. I had my own bread basket with fresh baked gluten-free bread and most pastas can be made as a risotto. Main dishes are easily modified ( I ordered the duck) and for dessert they gave me a trio of gelatos that was amazing.
