Great menu and had no problems with my gluten and dairy free needs. The wagyu nagari was insanely good. I love sushi and cook it myself so I know good fresh sushi and this is what you’re looking for.

Very knowledgeable about coeliac. Very good at recommending dishes. Before the waiter set down my dish our main waitress even double checked it was grilled on its own seperate grill (which it was). Would 100% reccomend as a fancy meal out and safe for coeliac. Would reccomend the black miso cod!!

Amazing restaurant. Chef could adapt almost any dish my son wanted to be gf. Delicious food.

The takeout menu doesn't have GF labels but I went for traditionally gluten free sushi rolls and salad. I indicated gluten free in the notes on each item. The food arrived clearly labeled "gluten free" and gluten-free tamari packets were included. I was impressed.

Staff very knowledgeable, able to tell us exactly what is/isn’t safe. GF soy sauce and yuzu. Absolutely delicious rolled sushi and nigiri. Wish we’d ordered more. Allergy safe even with Doordash order.

I ordered delicious sushi for delivery. I called the manager who confirmed the kitchen cleaned the prep area for me, and they very diligently labeled everything in the order. Very nice and celiac safe experience.

Delicious! I ordered a spicy tuna roll and lobster salad and both passed the Nima test.

Great food, I’ll definitely be going back. The staff was very knowledgeable about what on the menu was gluten free and what could be made gluten free and they were very accommodating. They even have an amazing gluten free chocolate cake. Get the miso cod and salmon skin roll, so good.

One of the best meals I have ever had. You can't have everything on the menu but the black cod miso was incredible and the tuna rolls were delicious. Server was extremely knowledgeable and made sure to understand my level of sensitivity. They also brought out my own sauces which included GF soy sauce.

Excellent! Many things can be made with gluten free soy sauce, so I was able to share everything with the rest of my table easily. The head chef checks all of the food before it goes out to ensure its gluten free, and the staff was very knowledgable at letting me know what I could have, what could be modified and repeating the information when it got to the table so there wouldn't be any issues. Fantastic experience!!

The staff was highly knowledgable about gluten free food. They brought me out gluten free soy sauce and even told me the spicy mayo I had was gluten free which was great! Sushi is amazing and plus they have a gluten free dessert which I didn't get to try. Highly recommend

Overall great experience at Nobu 57. They assured me they could do gluten free when I made the reservation. At first the waiter seemed very apprehensive about GF, but he brought the bottle of GF soy sauce to check it and personally made sure everything was made safely. Not everything on the menu can be made GF therefore options are limited, but everything here tastes great and they are very accommodating. Overall it was a great meal & atmosphere.
