Ordered takeout from here and I got the red curry. Was very tasty, and I didn’t have any issues with it.

I am a super sensitive celiac, my daughter is also celiac. After reading the last review, I was a little concerned about eating here. I am so happy that we did. The waiter was super knowledgeable. Items were clearly marked, but 95% of the menu could be altered to be made gluten free. The food was exceptionally delicious. I had chicken Pad Thai and my daughter had the crab curry. My husband who is not celiac, loved his regular dishes of tofu curry and vegetable rolls. Everything looked delicious. No problems at all. I would highly recommend.

I am a sensitive celiac so maybe this would be fine for others, but I had the red curry and got very sick from it unfortunately. I had been craving Thai food all week, so it’s pretty disappointing. The food was delicious though.

Make a lunch from the gf apps! They are awesome. Also beware that “2” is considered medium spicy, which is fine for me, but my companion, who says he likes spicy, started hiccuping and eye-watering it was so spicy for him.
To say I was happy with the abundance of choice at Noi Thai would be an understatement. Not only is their menu extensive, with something to accommodate everyone, but most of the dishes on their menu are gluten free, so great for coeliac's! My husband and I ordered jasmine rice to accompany my chicken larb and his chicken massaman curry. You get to choose your spice level from 1 to 5, which is great for those with certain taste pallets. Our server was knowledgeable about their menu, coeliac himself so understood the importance of my food requirements, and was overall just so friendly. The food was stunning and beautifully presented, and the atmosphere, while a little on the loud side from other customers, was lovely. Thoroughly recommend!

Ate here twice while on Oahu. Gluten free items are marked on the menu and the staff was knowledgeable about cross contamination. I had the chicken & pineapple appetizer, curry, and pad Thai, all of which were delicious. The only slip up was the waiter brought us a free dessert at the end of the meal, which was NOT gluten free. I luckily asked him to confirm before I ate it, so I did not get sick. I boil this down to a miscommunication and them sending the same free dessert to everyone. Would still return.

Fantastic food - artistic plating. We ate here twice - I have celiac and my husband does not but we shared the lamb curry (amazing! Had both times we went ). Pad Thai can be made GF and was delicious. Wait staff very knowledgeable and helpful.

I’m a very sensitive celiacs and I had zero reaction. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Very pleased

Excellent quality of Thai food here. They will make almost any dish gluten free and do not use dairy in any of their dishes. We had the pad thai w/shrimp, red curry w/chicken, chicken satay, pork larb, and pad see ew.
This was a nice, higher end environment which was a nice change for us when finding gf and df food. We loved it and would visit again.

This Thai place is delicious. A little pricy, but that’s Hawaii for you. Naturally gluten free items are marked on the menu, and our server told us that most of the noodle and rice dishes can be made gluten free as well. We got crab fried rice and black noodles, adjusted to make them gf. The fried rice was good, and the noodles were amazing! No reaction to either.

The menu is marked with GF notes and the host told me much of the menu could be altered to be GF. However, my server did not fully understand the substitution concept and so I stuck to ordering one of the naturally GF dishes. The server did make me feel very confident that my food was safe, and I am celiac and had no reaction.

I order take out from here regularly and it is great. I have celiac and have never gotten sick. Curries, pad Thai and a variety of other dishes are GF. Just let them know you have an allergy and they are careful with cross contamination

Service was great. However, I got sick from eating Bangkok Red Curry with white rice. This was stated on the menu as gluten free and I made sure to ask again when I ordered. I'm not sure is this was just cross contamination or just not a gf meal. Tasted great, but made me very sick.

Great experience! Menu indicates GF options, staff very aware and very professional. Had the Papaya Salad, Crab curry and Panang curry, with jasmine rice - all excellent and no indication of any gluten dosing. Also - great wine list. I will be back.

Located on 3rd level of the mall. I’m celiac and this is maybe the best GF Thai food I’ve ever had. My server didn’t really know much and I could tell right away so I asked her to check with the chef. I had the GF pad thai and it was great. My wife got the pad see ew which was not on the GF menu but we asked if they could do it GF. The server said no but the chef said yes. We shared. Both were excellent, didn’t get sick. Filling portions, no leftovers.
Wonderful Thai food. Staff is educated about Celiac and very helpful, the menu is clearly marked as to what is GF. Excellent dinner I had no problems afterward.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with gf options listed. I ordered the papaya salad with shrimp and had the fresh rolls. Didnt get sick and it was delicious!

The Staff was friendly, helpful and seemed very knowledgeable. The menu was marked GF on several items.. I chose Pad Thai .. it was delicious and the perfect amount for lunch. I am a super sensitive Celiac and I definitely had an adverse reaction.. I would love to have been able to go back.. it may be just fine for others, so I don’t want to say it is “Unsafe”.
Best red curry ive ever had. GF items are marked and are made with little or no substitutions. None of the noodle dishes are gluten free but thats been true for multiple thai places on the island. Absolutely great restaurant for foodies and celiacs.
Cleary marked menu, knowledgeable staff, and delicious food!!

We had a delicious dinner here. The menu is carefully labeled with which items can be made gluten-free, and the wait staff is very knowledgeable. We started with fresh rolls with a tasty peanut dipping sauce. For our entrees, we had pad Thai and tofu Panang curry, while my non-GF husband enjoyed the drunken noodles. The pad Thai was good, but quite sweet—if that’s not what you like, be aware. The curry was quite good. My husband enjoyed his noodles as well. When bringing out our orders, our server identified which items were gluten free. Overall it was a great meal, and we did not get sick at all!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. NO GF MENU. When I asked if they had a separate menu the server said they did not nor did they have any indicators on their regular menu. The server’s suggestion was that I should just choose something and he’d check with the kitchen. (Which seems absolutely backwards.) When I asked him of there was anything that would be a good indicator for me to avoid, meaning an ingredient that is commonly unknown or something, his response, “Uhhh... well bread.” Uh... yeah. Thanks. I then asked of ANY of the curries were gf. When he returned from the kitchen apparently the only one that was gf was the most expensive one. I haven’t gotten sick, yet, buuut the staff is so unknowledgeable that I would be worried for someone who is shy or unwilling to force the servers to go to the kitchen to ask.
Some of the best Thai food I’ve ever eaten, the equal to Lotus of Siam in Las Vegas. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the gluten free options for my son with celiac, and made an extra effort to make sure that we knew which items that we ordered were safe for sharing, and which were not. I had ordered a price fixed menu and the restaurant substituted an interesting and delicious sticky black rice pudding that was gluten free so we could share it with my son. Overall, a fantastic dinner.

Staff and chef were very knowledgeable and confident about celiac. We enjoyed the chef's sampler (pricy, but a lot of new foods for this newbie). Plenty to share.

Beautiful. Chef infused vegetables into soup right at our table. Mango iced tea is awesome. It was delicious but the red curry is 😮😮😮 on fire. Delicious though. Staff was good but could've come for a refill for our teas.

NO issues with GF or cross-contamination. However, the food is bland and boring - nothing like true Thai food. Service was poor, as was the food. Try another place for Thai.

Menu is clearly marked, and items that are not usually g-free, like peanut sauce, are gluten free here. The meal was delicious and service was excellent.

Each item in menu has GF next to it to let you know if it is glutenfree. Extremely Celiac friendly!! The vegetable spring rolls were very delicious, fresh and glutenfree. Their peanut sauce is really really good. Their rice and rice wraps are glutenfree and so are many other items. Curries are very spicy so I would ask for mild. Menu is full of glutenfree options!! My entire family ordered glutenfree and for the first time I could share with them!!

Despite the mixed reviews, we decided to try this place. It was a gross rainy windy night and we wanted to get takeout from somewhere close by! We called and asked if the items marked GF on the menu would be celiac safe and the host assured us that they were. We ordered the massaman curry (delicious), the Bangkok red curry (which was our favorite!), and the fresh rolls, which they made with tofu to make gluten free. Everything was so tasty, and the portions were huge, we have so much leftover. No gluten reaction!

Very uninformed and uncaring staff. You kind of have to decide what you think is good and even then I got really sick. Usually Thai cuisine is a safe bet but not here. Please be careful when considering this place.

UPDATE 1/2/2021: Sadly, Noi has really gone downhill in overall quality consistency and allergy precautions it seems. The last couple of times I have tried to eat here:
- At least one food item has been forgotten each time
- Menu GF marks are out of date, as they've changed the recipes/suppliers for some items (some items are GF now but the menu says they're not as well, and also vice versa)
- I've had to speak to multiple staff before someone had the knowledge to assist with my special requests (gluten & soy)
- My order has been messed up every time lately beyond items being forgotten - I will ask for no soy, no gluten in detail, and even have begun specifying "no tofu" for the soy piece as I had someone working there tell me tofu didn't contain soy before... yet every time the last several visits, tofu has been fully present in my food. This made me not confident at all that they followed my gluten request if they did not follow the other
- Some staff have no idea about gluten/celiac/allergies it seems now, so you're shooting in the dark hoping you get someone knowledgeable - and even then, those who have seemed knowledgeable have still left me with incorrectly prepped food
- The food has not been as good; less flavor, things being over or undercooked - for somewhere so expensive compared to a lot of other thai places, this is disappointing. Especially when you order take out and you're not getting all their fancy over the top bells and whistles
I used to love Noi and use it for any special occasion, but sadly it is just not reliable anymore in many ways. I will be sticking to Pinto Thai in Cap Hill for now I suppose, as they have never messed up my orders and always are helpful.

I eat here a lot. Expensive and very extra presentation wise but good food and I’ve never reacted even though I’m very sensitive. I get pad Thai with chicken and Thai iced coffee. Note, they said they don’t know if any of their cocktails can be made GF.
