Spoke with a staff member and she mentioned all sauces were GF. They helped me make my own bowl and answered questions about ingredients. Beautiful restaurant and friendly helpful staff! *Edited to add they now include a designated Gluten Free fryer! The crispy shrimp is breaded in rice flour. As always, the staff is helpful and will answer any questions.

Fantastic poke bowls. Owner is aware of what celiac is. I love the spicy tuna bowl. I add chili marinated oranges to it. It’s amazing! Check them out.
