Churros are gluten free and delicious. The chicken wings are also very yummy. We got the Cuban sliders but we hated them. All the drinks were great though. A really nice stop for a drink and appetizers.

Phenomenal experience at AK! Staff were super knowledgeable and helpful about allergies, and our server let us know that almost all of the menu is GF. I had delicious sliders, an amazing bread/dips basket, fried Manchurian cauliflower, and of course the churros. SO YUMMY.

I went there with my family and they were knowledgeable about gluten-free allergies. I ordered the churros and they were the best dessert I’ve had in a long time. My entire family ordered a gluten free version too! 10/10

Loved this place! They have gf churros! The only place in Disney! The sauce they come with was so delicious! I highly recommend combining the sauces. Most items we were looking at were easy to change to gluten free. We only selected from the appetizer menu. We found this in Animal Kingdom. Decided to hangout at the bar and had the best bartender, Dorian. She was very knowledgeable with the menu and our restrictions. This place was very accommodating. Plus, their cocktails were amazing! We had two at the bar and got our last one to go. You can always just walk up to the bar and ask for everything to go if you don’t want to hang there.

A Must Go Too!

My sisters a celiac and every single time my family go to Disney, we must get the churros! They are incredible and the whole family loves them. If your Gluten Free or celiac, these are a must get.

So, unsure who the previous poster spoke to, but we spoke to a chef, right after the restaurant opened and we were seated. I brought up the previous post and he was completely befuddled. He assured me that the churros are in-fact gluten free and NOT fried with any other gluten items. That they take allergies very seriously. That apparently someone was very confused.

We each had an order of churros and had no reaction. Extremely sensitive celiac here. Had there been an issue I would have been out for the count in 15 mins. Spent the entire day at the park symptom free. Churros we’re delicious and I’ve waited for years to try them! (West coaster here and they don’t do them at Disneyland or California Adventure).

Waiter told me the “gluten free” churros are fried in the same fryer as other things with gluten. Unsure why Disney is marketing this as gluten free. Other places they seem to understand the importance of dedicated fryers

So good! Server said most of the menu can be made GF. Had the seasonal squash soup, impossible sliders, and of course the churros. All were very good. Also the mocktail with passion fruit, mint, and ginger beer was the best drink I've had in a while.

We’ve attempted to eat here twice and both times ended up with the same waiter “George”. The first time he made fun of my 4 year old celiac son and said “it’s not like you’ll die if you get gluten” when I asked to see a gluten free menu. Then proceeded to tell us everything is gluten free, it wasn’t and my son was hospitalized that night for dehydration from vomiting and seizures (his celiac symptoms). Second time we asked to speak with a chef directly and George didn’t want us to. Eventually the chef came out and he made us safe food but our waiter never came back. Ended up having to pay cash and leaving it on the table. As annual pass holders I will never come back here and I’m shocked Disney hasn’t fired this waiter that thinks mine and my child’s disease is laughable.
