This is the most knowledgeable place I’ve ever been for celiac. It’s $$$$ and we waited for reservations for a while, but it was WORTH THE TRIP from Dallas. They changed gloves even before touching my replacement silverware between courses. About half of the ten courses were different than the others, and for the first time ever I felt like my meal was better than the non-GF one. I learned about new ingredients and even took notes about some of the ingredients I hadn’t heard of so I could try and source them. Worth the trip. One of the top 5 meals I’ve ever eaten in my entire life, celiac or not. Chefs came out for all 10 courses and talked about cross contamination precautions. Not sick at all. Worth the money.
Better than the regular menu, which I never thought would be possible.
