The pad tai is always a good option for me. I’ve had it several times and have never had an issue. Some locations seem more knowledgeable then others but overall it’s an option.

Aks for GF and an allergy pan, they will always do that. Have eaten at this place many times and never had any issues, and I am Celiac
Yes
Found a regular noodle😢. Such a small kitchen so it's too easy for cross contamination
No
They try to accommodate. Though they believe the only thing they need to do to make it gluten free is replace the noodles with gluten free ones. they don't think about the sauces and such.
Gf pad Thai is always a great standby.

They have gf noodles that are really good, but if you have an allergy, DO NOT RISK IT!! There were many other noodles that ended up in my meal that are not gf. Cross-contamination will for sure occur at this chain!! If you are not as sensitive like me, it was fine and really good, but I do not have an allergy.

When our family ordered food from here, a staff member was knowledgeable about what type of food was safe for someone who has celiac. They made sure to tell the prep cooks as well in preparation. The pad thai was delicious.

GF shells are pretty tasty and can be substituted for any of the noodle dishes

Any of the noodles can be substituted with either gluten free shells or rice noodles! And at the counter she asked me if it was a preference or an allergy, so less effort explaining on my part!
