I got their Wisconsin Mac & Cheese with the gluten free pipette noodles, and it tasted pretty close to the real thing! I'm gluten sensitive and don't have a wheat allergy or Celiac disease, so I'm not sure how safe it is for those people.

Very few options, not celiac safe as there is a lot of cross contamination. My friend found and I both found gluten noodles in with our gluten free meals.

Ordered zucchini pasta hoping it would be gluten free and as far as I can tell it was. Half way through eating it I found a noodle from someone elses order. I specifically asked for no cross contamination and there was contamination to the highest degree. I cannot recommend strongly enough steering clear of this location if you are in any way gluten intolerant.

I’ve loved their Pad Thai for years before I eliminated gluten from my diet. The Pad Thai is GF without modification, which is perfect! You can also replace the pasta with zoodles (zucchini noodles).
I went with my aunt who has Celiac and even after an EXTENSIVE Conversation on the food safety (about 10 Minutes) with 2 Employees, they STILL Messed up and brought her meal with Wheat Pasta. She had just recently started eating GF and had taken a bite before I realized it Didn't LOOK Like GF pasta. The Redeeming factor was that the Manager was Very Nice and apologetic and replaced her meal, BUT she was Already Sick. So, that's kind of a mute point. There's No Going Back after giving someone the wrong thing and making them sick. We Won't go back

Great gluten free food. They can use rice noodles with a lot of their dishes and will even use an allergy pan!
basically only noodles (as the name suggests) so if you have celiac or a gluten sensitivity I wouldn't eat here even if you get something without gluten there is still a very high chance for cross contamination.

Noodles was my go-to fast casual spot before I was diagnosed (and I used to work there a few decades ago!) and I’ve been thrilled to see them enhance their gluten free options, training, and customer info. The server asked if it was a preference or allergy so the right preparation could be made for my meal, and I had no reaction afterwards. Have gone a few times now and so far so good!

I had the pad Thai dish. They corrected and warned me that their marinated steak was not GF and suggested the grilled chicken instead, and seemed knowledgeable and took it seriously.

This Noodles & Co is one of my GF go-tos. I am not sensitive to cross contamination just as an FYI. But I feel like between the posted menu and their website, it is easy to make a dish GF with one of their GF noodle options. It always tastes good and I’ve never had an issue.

Eaten here twice, both times with good results. Not a huge selection of GF, but pad Thai was pretty good and staff seemed very knowledgeable and friendly.
