Noodles and Company

They brought me gluten free Mac with parm crusted chicken and my wife the crispy jalapenos. Both gluten.

Told the staff I was gluten-free when I placed my order. Asked if my menu item was gluten-free, was told yes with either the rice noodles or the fusilli. I questioned again if the sauce would be safe and was told yes so I went and ahead and ordered. When I got to the bottom of my bowl I found two regular elbow macaronis and when I confronted the staff member, the other employee said oh you told her that that item was gluten-free? So I was then told that the sauce was not gluten-free and they could give me no explanation as to why regular pasta was found at the bottom of my bowl as well. I spoke to the manager she refunded my credit card but that still doesn’t change the fact that I will now be sick for the next few days. Her only response to me was the girl who took my order was new and that she would review again the allergen menu, to which I said that is not good enough and that is not going to prevent me from being sick now for the next few days. Stay away from here. Not safe!!

I used to go to a Noodles and Co in MD and never got glutened. I went to this place and on my 2nd I got glutened plus my GF noodles were like mush. I'll pass on this place

Don't go here if you are very gluten sensitive. I have celiac and the past two times I went here, I got sick 30 minutes later. Not to mention, I found regular, gluten pasta in the bottom of my bowl after I had finished my meal, which means they definitely cross contaminate.

My 2 favorite dishes are pesto pisavera with GF fusilli or if you are a little hungrier, pad Thai with chicken (naturally GF, no modifications needed). Other dishes can be modified. Just do rice noodles or GF fusilli (for an up charge).

Pad Thai is a good choice for gluten avoiders. They make gluten free noodles but I’m not sure about cross contamination. Many of the sauces have gluten, including the Mac and cheese sauce. Employee was knowledgeable and helpful. This is a good choice for a quick stir fry.

They have separate cookware they use for allergies and take cross contact very seriously. I have always been happy with the attention they take with my order when I mention gluten allergy.

The staff is really friendly and open to answer questions about their menu. The guy at the register even went to confirm the Alfredo sauce didn't have gluten for me.
