Noodles and Company

Noodles & Company has a great gluten-free menu. I have dined at multiple locations across the country numerous times with no issues. I usually get Tomato Basil bisque and Foosoli Noodles with steak.

While I'm normally fine at Noodles and Company, I have found non-gluten-free noodles mixed in my food twice now at this location. I always look through my noodles to double check at every location, but I would avoid this one if you are celiac.

Good gluten free pasta options with either rice noodles or gluten free fusilli pasta.

I was very excited to eat the gluten free Mac & cheese. We called to make sure ahead of time that everything would be cooked separately, and told them i had celiac. When I went to order in person I told them the same thing, and still ended up extremely sick sadly

Pad Thai is a good choice for gluten avoiders. They make gluten free noodles but I’m not sure about cross contamination. Many of the sauces have gluten, including the Mac and cheese sauce. Employee was knowledgeable and helpful. This is a good choice for a quick stir fry.

They have separate cookware they use for allergies and take cross contact very seriously. I have always been happy with the attention they take with my order when I mention gluten allergy.

The staff is really friendly and open to answer questions about their menu. The guy at the register even went to confirm the Alfredo sauce didn't have gluten for me.
