The have both Gluten-free shells and zucchini pasta to sub. The server was very knowledgeable and asked if it was "preference or allergy". When I said allergy they made sure my pasta was boiled in fresh water. I was also informed of the gluten content of items my friend ordered.
I go here almost every week. They have GF noodles as substitute for any entree which is amazing but their pad tai is GF by default with rice noodles and is my go-to. I’m extremely sensitive and have never gotten sick from eating here.
