When I ordered, I literally told the person 3 different times that I needed my food gf and that I had celiac’s, so please be extra careful with the order. When our food came out, my order was obviously not gf. When I brought it to their attention, I was asked rudely if I ordered it gf. They grudgingly fixed it, but I didn’t feel safe eating the gf replacement.
No
Noodles and co has added “Zoodles”..... zucchini noodles to their menu so expanding their horizons into gf eating.
The allergen list has changed over the last few years. I used to get Wisconsin Mac and cheese with rice noodles. Then they changed the sauce. Then I'd get pesto cavatappi or buttered noodles (with GF fusilli). Now both of those sauces have gluten. Now the only thing they have for us is pad thai, which is very delicious. It's best with rice noodles (no upcharge) but there's an upcharge for GF fusilli. My regular sized bowl with chicken and a drink were about $10.
It's Noodles, so don't expect the world, but it's solid takeout and I've never had an issue eating at this location or chain.

Noted that I had an allergy (celiac) and took great care of my food. I got the gluten free pipette noodles for my wisconsin mac & cheese. I also added brocolli to the dish. Do NOT get the grilled chicken, as it has high cross contamination. They told me that one time when I tried to order and saved me from getting sick :)
