My son has celiac. The manager showed us the separate pans and cooking area for gluten-free. We took it to go. My son found a stray gluten noodle in his bowl. Won’t go back!
No
The staff is knowledgable or willing to grab the binder which explains which dishes are celiac friendly. Do not get the chicken as it's made on the same range non-celiac friendly food is! Some staff is unaware of this, but otherwise great staff, very easy to work with!
Yes
Not celiac friendly🤢
The noodles were gluten free but poorly made. Won't be going back.
The macaroni and cheese was delicious and the noodles were possibly the best gluten free noodles I've eaten to date. No reaction afterwards so I will be back!
They take precautions in the kitchen when you alert them to an "allergy"- and the pad Thai is fabulous!
The manager made sure our order survived the kitchen. We'll definitely be back.
Yes
Options were limited but great that they had any options at all. Food that I had was very good and portions were large too.

If you have Celiac Disease you CAN NOT eat here! Even if you tell them it’s an allergy and they mark it in their system, I still find a regular noodle in my food. EVERYTIME! I spoke with the manager and she laughed like gluten isn’t that serious! Also worst customer service and rude employees!

I’ve been suffering symptoms all weekend because the staff and manager at the Burnsville noodles and company location by the mall do not know what gluten is and that their crunchy jalapeños are breaded in gluten. When I called to complain that they mixed the breaded jalapeños in my food, the manager actually said, “I’m sorry but what am I supposed to do about it?” She had to ask her staff is there was gluten in the breaded jalapeños and then asked me what is gluten. And then I went into the store and the manager tried to hide behind the counter. I heard her tell this young girl, “you deal with her” as I came in the door. She then turned her back and acted like she couldn’t see me. So I asked to speak to the manager. And then she pretended that she wasn’t the manager that I had just talk to on the phone! She remade my order and it was half the quantity of the regular that I had ordered. But doesn’t matter, with as unprofessional and immature she was, I’d expect that she probably sabotaged my food again or spit in it, so I wouldn’t eat it anyway. I cannot trust this company. I think this company is taking advantage of people calling food gluten free or even gluten sensitive when they don’t educate staff on what gluten is. This has a huge impact on my life. I have celiac disease and my whole week has been ruined.

I haven't gotten sick from this establishment even when I accidentally ordered something that had gluten in it as an extra they labeled it so I wouldn't get sick.
