Manager was VERY knowledgeable but the cashier was new and NOT ready to be alone. Food came out with meatballs that are not gluten free, even the cashier knew that but still...anyway. All of the sauces were delicious, my only problem was the Fusilli GF pasta was very under done and super chewy:(, almost crunchy. This place has lots of options and I love the idea of having the gluten-free but the process needs some polish to be "friendly" to GF peeps.
this place was great! They make the food to order so you can customize it. They have both gluten free pasta and rice pasta. They also have a card that tells you all the allergen menu items. Even better the price was reasonable. By far the best gluten free pasta I have had so far. I don't have celiac's, I eat gluten free for IBS so I appreciated the fact that they could also accommodate my lactose intolerance and my onion intolerance. I have not found many restaurants that can do that.

Felt extremely safe ordering gf noodles from this location. They prepare all of their gf noodles (zoodles, gf pipette, or rice noodles) in a separate prep area. They can make most dishes gf and label everything with gluten allergy. Highly recommend!!

It seems crazy to have a good GF experience at a noodle place but I did! Not once but three straight days. They have an allergy menu plus GF noodles. They can’t guarantee no cross-contamination but they did prepare my food in a separate area. The Pad Thai is GF and dairy free. Big bonus points from me.

You have the option of GF pasta or zoodles with most dishes. Tasty entrees on which you can add proteins if not already included, reasonably priced, portion size is good.

I felt safe enough, and I didn’t get sick. The Caesar salad is yummy. The Mac and Cheese wasn’t cheesy enough the first time, so I ordered extra cheese and it was delish! The next time I ordered the Pad Thai and the noodles were sooooo dry. Barely any sauce again, but it tasted yummy. I should have known. I don’t know if I will be back, but if I do, I will have to be prepared to buy extra sauce for every dish.

I guess I know why Noodles & Co isn’t really on here… I love that they offer GF noodles and zoodles. But they might as well not offer anything… There was 2 regular noodles in my zoodle dish and a regular noodle in my hubby’s cauliflower gnocchi. Not sure if they cook everything together or drain in the same colander but they obviously don’t take any care with gluten free and cross contamination is high!
