DO NOT GO HERE. Seriously a complete and utter lack of understanding of gluten sensitivity. After watching them prepare my wife’s food in all the exact same areas as the regular noodles. They brought it out and I explained that is not gluten free, the manager at the time apologized and brought it back. I again went out to watch them make it. The manager explained to the person cooking we were returning our food. They both laughed and shook their heads. Seriously?!? The person preparing the food then started to cook it the same way, in the exact same areas as before. In the past when eating at Noodles when we brought up a “gluten allergy” a manager had to come and verify the order with their code. I have no idea why this is not in place at this store. This whole store needs a complete retraining. I will be contacting the store manager Monday morning for the utter lack of respect and understanding of gluten free allergies.
