They say they take precautions to prevent cross contamination but they do not do a good job.
The first time I went there I ordered Mac & cheese with grilled chicken and found a piece of breaded chicken in my Mac & cheese. I took it back, they remade it and this time they gave me regular Mac & cheese with wheat noodles. I took it back again, and spoke to the manager. On the 3rd attempt they got it right.
The last time I went I got some sort of chicken zoodles. I told them I was celiac and needed it gf. They said they were happy to take all the extra precautions. This time when I got my food I found a wheat noodle in there.
Whatever precautions they take are a joke. They do not take gluten free seriously. I would not recommend to anyone who is sensitive to cross contamination ever!
I found out after from a family member, that a manager had told her they cook their grilled Chicken on the same pan as fried chicken. Only the steak and shrimp are gluten free. I’m not sure why they didn’t tell me this all the times I ordered gf and they told me they’d take precautions to prevent cross contamination.
I would not recommend to anyone who is very sensitive to gluten.

They told me the gluten friendly Mac n cheese is gluten free. It isn’t. Stay away from any of the mac n cheese here, non of it is gluten free.
No
The staff were very patient and friendly as I tried to find options. They also had a good menu showing the allergy options when I said I needed allergen free options. It was nice to have people not be annoyed about me needing help!
Several GF options, including rice noodles and GF fusilli. I got the fusilli, and it was good, and filling. Pretty good prices. About 8 bucks for a full size dish with GF substitute. The rice noodles aren't extra.
The food is always great, there is a pretty good selection, and I have never gotten sick from anything. Wonderful to have such a great GF place!
I was very excited to eat the gluten free Mac & cheese. We called to make sure ahead of time that everything would be cooked separately, and told them i had celiac. When I went to order in person I told them the same thing, and still ended up extremely sick sadly

Pad Thai is a good choice for gluten avoiders. They make gluten free noodles but I’m not sure about cross contamination. Many of the sauces have gluten, including the Mac and cheese sauce. Employee was knowledgeable and helpful. This is a good choice for a quick stir fry.

They have separate cookware they use for allergies and take cross contact very seriously. I have always been happy with the attention they take with my order when I mention gluten allergy.

The staff is really friendly and open to answer questions about their menu. The guy at the register even went to confirm the Alfredo sauce didn't have gluten for me.
