It's a chain and it has GF options, like several. Even a few GF Vegan and plenty of vegetarian options too. I can't speak for cross contamination, but the menu was very clearly labeled with GF and Vegetarian options. Definitely works in a pinch.

They have separate cookware they use for allergies and take cross contact very seriously. I have always been happy with the attention they take with my order when I mention gluten allergy.

The staff is really friendly and open to answer questions about their menu. The guy at the register even went to confirm the Alfredo sauce didn't have gluten for me.

Never had a problem here. They ask if it is an allergy or preference. I order the Mac and cheese and it is great! They do not have a variety of GF noodles but still really good. I’ve eaten at this location several times and never had a problem.
