They don't label what is gluten free on the menu but the entire restaurant uses Tamari in lieu of soy sauce!! No dedicated fryer but a majority of the menu is gluten free. Waitress was super knowledgeable and brought up cross contamination before I even asked. Felt great the next day. Food is also awesome, great wine selection.

Delicious food, tasty drinks, and lovely, relaxed atmosphere. Staff was very knowledgeable about gluten free options, and the entire establishment uses tamari, so I could eat a number of dishes here that are normally not gluten free at other places. Will definitely be back.

The waiter assured me that Tamari instead of soy sauce was used across the menu, which opened up lots of options for me! I ordered a musubi platter as well as the misoyaki and had no issues. The food was delicious!
