They don't label what is gluten free on the menu but the entire restaurant uses Tamari in lieu of soy sauce!! No dedicated fryer but a majority of the menu is gluten free. Waitress was super knowledgeable and brought up cross contamination before I even asked. Felt great the next day. Food is also awesome, great wine selection.
