It is a fine dining restaurant. The best ever! There were many gluten-free sushi options, and they were all very delicious—I highly recommend them. Afterward, I didn’t experience any symptoms.
OMG this place is amazing! They can make most of the items GF. I had the spicy tuna roll and torched crab roll. The absolute best I’ve ever had. And Jonathan was an absolute delight to talk to and he took great care of us. Go here! I’ll make the drive back to Dallas (I’m an hour away) just to come back.
Fantastic place! The food was delicious, staff was knowledgeable, and as a highly symptomatic celiac I had no issues.

I had the best experience! They have gluten free soy sauce and Tamari! They completely understood Celiac and my needs and took caution, and communicated with me. I felt welcomed and safe. Thank you Nori Handroll ❤
I got one of the sets and told the server about my gluten allergy. When they were making my hand roll I reiterated to them my allergy and they made me the spicy tuna with a glove change and cut up the fish in the back with a freshly washed knife and cutting board. All the rolls are made to order but the chef changed his gloves every time that he made one of my rolls. Some of the best sushi I've had in a long time super fresh would definitely recommend!!
Server was very accommodating and knowledgeable, stating that they will alter the rolls to be GF for you. You can see chefs making your handroll if you order sushi which is reassuring. They have GF soy sauce (!!!) and the food was excellent. 10/10 - this will be our Dallas sushi date night go to!
INCREDIBLE SUSHI. Everyone was highly knowledgeable about what ingredients have gluten. Plus they can make some rolls free like the Spicy Tuna.
