Norikase - Modern Japanese Omakase & Sushi

The chef prepared a couple of special rolls for me with tuna and salmon. They were excellent. Fryer is not safe but they can create plenty of different rolls that are safe and delicious.

First off, Norikase is the best sushi experience in Jacksonville. Since my celiac in December we were reluctant to come back - but we finally did and so glad for that. We came for regular midweek happy hour and GM Justin helped guide us through what didn’t have gluten and what could be easily modified to be gluten free. Once we knew what needed to be modified we were well in our way. So many amazing flavors touched out pallets! Highly recommend- just let them know you need gluten free and they’ll guide you on an amazing food experience.
