I had an excellent breakfast. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes. Yum!

Will say that they clearly marked my allergy.

2 meals so far. One in a Friday. Waitress was knowledgeable about the GF option. Explained they grill the bread so it’s not in toaster with regular bread. The bread is the best I’ve had. 2nd trip was on a busy Sunday. Waitress asked if I wanted my bread toasted or grilled. I was concerned she offered toasted - contamination

As I have been only 2weeks gluten free, I'm just learning what is can and can't eat. They offer one plate as gluten free. You pick a meat ham, bacon or *sausage. I asked the girl if the sausage was absolutely gluten free since they often use bread crumbs as a binding agent, she said "then they probably are not" I sat at the counter and saw into the kitchen. They are at great risk for cross contamination!!! Be careful if you are extreme gluten intolerant!
