tl;dr: Good food, but the particular person who took my order was not knowledgeable about celiac disease, and I almost got glutened. (The onion rings are *not* gluten-free.)
I ordered takeout, and got the western barbecue burger. I asked while ordering if I needed to leave off the fried onions, and the person on the phone said the kitchen would know whether or not to leave them off. (This is where I messed up, I should have just said to leave them off, but the good reviews gave me a false sense of complacency.) I drove home to find out that the burger had onion rings on it and called again to ask and confirmed that they were not GF. I had to drive back to swap my burger for a safe one. The food was good, but I was surprised given the good reviews that the person answering the phone wasn’t more knowledgeable.

Thanks for your review Molly and we are able to respond now to reviews. After your review, we created a supplemental training guide for our host staff that answers the phones. Our kitchen is well versed but we realized our younger staff answering the phones needed more training. Please always let them know you are celiac and extra precaution protocol will be implemented.
