Great meat, but menu items are not celiac friendly. They said they would have used all clean utensils/cutting boards for me, but that it's an open space. So when bread is cut, crumbs go everywhere/cc is hard to avoid. I ended up not getting anything.

Staff asked if order was for celiac and was knowledgeable about cross contamination. Great food!

A friend who is Gluten sensitive highly recommended this place. When I went to order asked them if they were celiac friendly and they said no. Though they can make any sandwich with GF bread, it was “highly cross contaminated across the line”. They advised that if I was very sensitive and celiac that they didn’t feel comfortable serving me.
I was told the owner is celiac so it’s interesting there’s mixed reviews in the establishment being safe. Proceed with caution! I went to Corktown instead.

Celiac friendly, but no separate toaster. They will tell you that, and won’t cross-contaminate, but I wish they would come up with a way to safely heat a gf sandwich.
Caring and friendly staff.
Yes
All sandwiches have the option to be made gf. They are willing to wipe down the counter sandwich making space if you ask, avoid any toasted sandwiches (or get them untoasted) to avoid further cross contamination

I went to Duluth for the weekend and my partner and I went there for lunch. This place is great! So many sandwiches can be made with the gf bread- which tastes really good. It was so delicious and didn’t make me sick at all I went back a 2nd day for lunch
