NOT all items marked on the menu as "gluten free" can be made celiac safe! I found this out by discussing my needs with the server/chef. They were very knowledgeable and helpful, but if you have celiac don't just order from the gluten free menu items and assume it's fine. Food was very good, but only had a couple of options.

The food and staff were amazing. I have celiac disease so eating out can be stressful. I was excited to try Notch because I never had any problems at White Orchid, which is one of my favorite restaurants. Notch did not disappoint and took my gluten free request just as seriously. I also loved the variety of gluten free options and the specialty cocktails.

Great food, been here twice now and felt great after each meal. The staff are very knowledgeable about what items are safe/are not. They'll ask about appetizers or other shared items being gf also. Very accommodating, lots of choices on the menu. Highly recommend you try it!

They have a great selection of gluten friendly options! Their options are clearly marked on the menu and the staff will ask if it is an intolerance or more severe, like celiac (mine is an intolerance).

Their cocktails and bartenders are AWESOME!!! You must have the umami old-fashioned!!!

The menu has all gluten free items noted with a symbol that makes gluten free eating easy to navigate. The chef uses tamari instead of soy sauce to make all Asian dishes gluten free! The staff is very helpful with answering questions.
