Long overdue review - we made a specific trip from Toronto to pick up gluten free pasta and they did not disappoint. Hubby is celiac so I avoid making gluten pasta for myself at home. We only have GF. Their pastas taste truly amazing, I can’t tell that they are GF. PLUS - the noodles do not disintegrate when reheated the next day. We have tried stuffed ravioli, rigatoni and tagliatelle. They have both fresh or frozen options depending on what you want. Forget what hubby wants - I can have real pasta again!!
