I got the taco plate with steak and it was wonderful! It was plenty to eat and I had no symptoms of glutening.

The owner of this food truck is very kind and knowledgeable. He went through the entire menu to let me know what was safe for me to eat without me even having to ask.

I got the opportunity to eat at their food truck at the Trampled by Turtles concert July 2019. The staff was super knowledgeable, listened to all my anxious questioning, used separate spaces for all prep, and made delicious tacos! It was great!
