When I ask for GF sushi, they understand what what means and if they are unsure if something is GF or not, they ask the chef. They also have gf soy sauce available.
However, once I got home and one of my rolls had crunch in it. I called them right up and they apologized and put the credit back on my account under my phone number.
Edit 3/28/23 - I recently found out that the mayo in the spicy tuna roll has soy sauce in it. They ask if I can have mayo when I order that roll. I assumed it was just mayo.
When I called after I found out that the mayo has soy sauce in it in some restaurants, they said they could make it without the mayo/soy sauce mixture and just use sriracha. I just wish they said the mayo HAD soy sauce in it and not just ask if I can have mayo.
Overall, still would go back knowing what I have to ask for. And I always ask for them to use a fresh mat to roll the sushi.
The waitress was very knowledgeable about what was gluten free on the menu. She told me she was able to make whatever roll I wanted gluten free and she brought me gluten free soy sauce. It was very good.
Food is delicious my daughter never gets sick. They knowledgeable and friendly will make whatever they can very accommodating

Great food. Very familiar with gluten free. They have gluten free soy sauce and can make most of the food on the menu gluten free. Very friendly as well.
