Odin Brewing Tacoma

I loved this place! They had good gf beer options, plenty of safe food options too. I ordered the gf/vegan cauliflower crust pizza and thought it was delicious! I was told they have their own oven for the gf pizza and it never comes in contact with flour- and I did not get sick! Waitress was knowledgeable and friendly!

Two different Seltzer's on the menu as well as local cider. I was able to get the wings baked and the potato salad was delicious.

I just ordered a cauliflower crust pizza, did not specify it was gluten free. While the toppings were good the crust was soooo dry. Costco's frozen cauliflower crust pizza is better. Puget Sound Pizza, Sammy's Pizza and Salamone's Pizza, all within a 2 mile radius, have significantly better crusts. I felt like quality of gluten free crust would have been normal 5 years ago.
