Staff seemed very knowledgeable about celiac needs. Server stated “cross-contamination is not ok” and looked for confirmation. Different server who brought the food confirmed it was GF without us asking. Really appreciated all of this.
I appreciate the options they have even though they are limited, and it’s fun that they have a GF waffle that is the only thing they cook on that iron so I feel comfortable eating it. I’ve been probably 15 times and haven’t gotten sick, but I only ever order the waffle, the chia seed pudding, or the huevos in a burrito but with no tortillas. (Pretty sure they are corn tortillas but I hate those just as an aside). I clarify I have an allergy / celiac every single time. Do I feel super confident in their protocols? Maybe not, but enough I do return.
