Review of Off the Bone Barbeque

No separate menu, but I was assured by the owner that all the meats (chopped brisket, pulled pork, ribs, sausage, and more) are gluten free. Not a GF kitchen or even a dedicated work space. I had the ribs and green beans (which may have been the best green beans I have ever eaten) and both were delicious. The chef changed his gloves for me; we went mid-afternoon when it wasn’t busy. I sense this place is super busy at lunch; all of our party enjoyed their meal. Returning during a non-peak time would definitely be a consideration. Giving 3 stars though I want to give 5 it was so good, but confidence in remainder of the menu is iffy.
