Review of Official BBQ and Burgers

Essentially everything on their menu is gluten free, except the buns. their house-made Carolina style BBQ sauce is gluten free and their hand cut fries are the only thing that goes in the fryer. The staff is very knowledge about gluten and can tell you about ingredients and preparation. The brisket and pulled pork are amazing and portions are large.
