We make our own gluten free crust in house. We do have a bakery that does produce items with gluten and other allergens, but our fryer is a dedicated gluten free fryer. Our pizza are made on a separate surface on a fresh sheet tray, and cut directly on that sheet tray. No toppings contain gluten.
