I ate here once without a problem. I ordered california rolls, as a test to see if they would make me sick. The next time I called in placing a $130 order, for my whole family. I requested mine to be GF/Celiac prepared. I was rudely yelled at, and told that I shouldn't eat out and that they didn't have time for people like me. I was told they didn't want to deal with gluten free anything. I cancelled the order and never went back.

If you have celiac, your choices are very limited. Our server let us know the rice and sauces in most dishes and rolls contain gluten. The rainbow roll we ordered was delicious, but not as adventurous as we normally like. Sushi is usually a safe bet for us. The lack of options was disappointing. Fortunately, they did at least have gluten free soy sauce.

This is a wonderful choice if you love Japanese food. Let your server know of your needs and they will ensure you choose gluten free options off of the menu (and will make sure your choices are available as gluten free), will bring you the Tamari sauce without being asked, and they know without asking that you can’t have the Miso soup. I’ve eaten here several times and have never had issues—but I’ve had great food!
Went here based on it being listed, but none of the waitresses knew what was gluten free on the menu. Not recommended.

We go to Oishe all the time. They are the best!
