We wanted to eat here, but ended up leaving and going to a different Mexican restaurant. Our waitress tried her best to accommodate us, and even double-checked on the chips for me (since I had read here that they had a dedicated fryer); however, she confirmed that their chips were fried with everything else - no dedicated GF fryer at this location. We did determine that their Queso “should be” gluten-free; but, there was nothing to eat the Queso with other than a fork or plain corn tortillas. Again, our waitress was as sweet and helpful as she could be, but wasn’t very gluten-educated. Would definitely give them another shot if and when they improve their gluten-free accommodations.
