They seem to be knowledgeable for the most part and can make accommodations. They have gf soup, gf salad dressing and will automatically bring those with the gf order. My concern is at the hibachi table… the safest for celiac would be for everyone to order gf. I believe the hibachi table seats up to 9… so if only 1-2 order gf, they will cook it separate and use the gf soy sauce. However, they make the rice first, then noodles, then meat, then veggies. They scrape the grill and spatulas in between, but there is risk for cross contact from other gluten sauces and noodles.

They have gf soy and the staff can tell you what other sauces to avoid. We still enjoyed hibachi just gluten free! Safe for celiac.
