I am gluten free 10 years highly sensitive but not celiac. My son is the chef and he is well aware of all precautions, rules, concerns when it comes to food allergies especially gluten/grains. He will make gluten free baked goods if told in advance and has gluten free options and bread on the menu. All of his food is made from scratch to order and it all tastes delicious.
