The staff has a separate area and dedicated utensils to prepare GF bagels. They use Udis. The coffee is good, Soy Milkyway is what I had.
Do not go here if you have issues with gluten. the owner is not educated about gluten. she is serving very poor quality lunch meat (Carolina brand) and when i asked if there are any fillers like dairy or gluten, she said no, so i ordered and received highly processed turkey on my sandwich. a few bites was all i needed to know it was garbage and now i'm sick. she did refund our money and showed me the meat. there is questionable ingredients like dextrose and modified food starch in the ingredients list.

udis bread for sandwiches, they try to keep everything separate in the kitchen but they are up front about the risk of cross contamination.
We are GFCF and had breakfast without any issues. They offer Udi's bread and cooked the eggs without butter our oil. I think they cook them in the microwave. It was really good and they were super friendly.
