Weinig info te krijgen over glutenvrije alternatieven, ik kreeg enkel een allergenenkaart die niet klopte (gerechten met brood waar gluten niet als allergeen vermeld stond). Ik at een salade zonder brood, er werd mij gevraagd of voor de rest alles in de salade mocht blijven. Geen GV brood te krijgen erbij.
