Good but not great, wouldn’t go out of my way. Ordered the gluten free waffle which had a beautiful presentation and good flavor but didn’t have the crispness I expect from a waffle. And I know gf waffles can be crisp when I make them at home. I would guess there was a lot of tapioca flour used based on the texture and how fast it spiked my blood sugar.
The fruit served with the waffle was fresh berries and ripe bananas which were all good.
Also had a side of bacon which was very crisp and a half avocado that was near perfect.
Coffee was good but disappointed they had only milk and not cream.
Check included an 18% service charge AND suggested tip levels which seemed excessive.
This restaurant was amazing! I have Celiac and an allergy to corn, but was eating out with others with no dietary restrictions. Everyone loved their food. My husband said it was the best burger he’d ever had. The kids’ meals were fun and creative. I had the salmon, which was cooked to perfection. The only downside was that the servers did not speak English well, so they had a hard time understanding when I was trying to ask for the salad dressing ingredients (marked GF, but I needed to check on corn-derived ingredients). Instead of telling me the ingredients, he just held the dressing entirely. I will definitely go back, but first maybe brush up on my Spanish enough to ask about ingredients.
This place was great! It was quiet and only had a few tables. I had an amazing salad, but they had other options too like short rib, salmon, and chicken. I didn’t have it, but they had gluten free bread and waffles as well.
