I dined here yesterday and specified I had a gluten allergy. The waitress suggested I look at the allergen info on the Ziosk to confirm what u could order. I ended up getting the GF rotini with meat sauce and meatballs. The zuppa toscana is also GF, so that was my soup. Their breadsticks contain gluten, as does 90% of the menu.
I could tell there was not any gluten at all in my meal, and our food was served hot and fresh. I do wish they had more GF pastas available than rotini. I believe their salmon dish is also a GF option, as well as zucchini noodles.
Another suggestion I would make to the Olive Garden chain is to offer a few GF desserts. All of their dessert menu contains gluten.

Surprisingly competent and professional. I was throughly impressed with the handling of my allergy, and it actually tasted good. Color me shocked!!! I’d recommend it.

They have a limited gluten free menu, however after reading reviews from other Olive Gardens, I wouldn’t trust the pasta. I just opted for a steak and broccoli and made them aware I was gluten free. They did try to put fettuccine Alfredo on the plate with it even though that’s not a gluten free option on their menu, so be aware. In other reviews I was seeing gluten sensors indicating gluten and people finding different types of pasta in with the gluten free rotini they ordered

I strictly stay with soup (Zuppa Toscana only) and salad (no croutons) and i have yet to have a problem. I’m not sure if i would trust them to make an actual dish.

Be vigilant. On two different visits they brought the wrong food. Yesterday the food looked alright till I started to eat underneath the gf noodles was regular spaghetti which I think means they cooked in same water as regular spaghetti , so the that rigatoni that came with my meal was contaminated so I had gluten reaction next day.
