Gluten intolerant While I hate paying an extra $6.00 for pizza it IS worth it. Delicious!

Celiac. Went last night for the first time. Amazing pizza, the crust is the best I’ve had. Very safe. No reaction. Will absolutely go again. And again.

If the pizza is cooked on same surface as regular pizza, the cross contamination risk is dangerous. I was told the “gluten residue burns off”. That is not accurate and unsafe for celiacs.

I've seen a lot about this place on Facebook in the gluten-free group and was super excited to try it. It wasn't until I got here that I saw all the recent bad reviews in this app and was a bit worried, but decided to take the chance (being non celiac I have that luxury). I ended up feeling fine after. The pizza was pretty good, there was some burnt areas that I picked around but overall decent.

Gluten free folks, stay away. The most recent reviews are right - whatever is happening at Olo's is no longer safe. I've never been sicker than I was after my most recent visit. Plus the upcharge is $6 per pizza - not worth the week of pain.

If I could give zero stars I would! I have never felt so sick in my life. Definitely NOT safe to eat here as a Celiac. However there gluten free crusts are being prepared, it must not be safe from cross contamination. I felt as sick as I would I had just eaten a whole non-GF pizza. Do NOT get anything here!

got super sick for the first time in a while after very explicitly explaining my celiac and having them confirm their gf procedure… knew it was too good to be true!

I asked prior to order if it was safe for allergies and they excitedly stated yes! When pizza arrived there was ACTUALLY balls of dust on my pizza so I had to call and complain, let them know they might really wanna clean the GF prep area and to get a credit. They said they don't have a GF prep area, its all done on the same line but they use a piece of plastic!! Wtf!! How is that safe for an allergy??These people have zero knowledge of allergies, do not eat there!!

Got glutened so bad. My son and I both had severe reactions. It is awful. On my way home now and already got sick multiple times. Confirmed multiple times it was gluten free and “safe”.

Best Gluten free pizza I have had. The dough comes from Italy and gluten is removed. Delicious. Nothing against cauliflower pizza but this is real GF pizza!
Best tasting pizza outside of NYC. They use actual pizza dough rather than the frozen crusts that every Celiac is used to.
The pizza is cooked in the same brick oven as regular pizzas. Initially we were concerned, but after some research, the temperature of the brick oven well exceeds the denaturing temperature of gluten proteins. So the pizza does not have a risk of contamination.

Excellent pizza. They use a mix that includes wheat starch which should be fine if you have celiac (I do).

Great food. GF homemade crust—legit! Highly sensitive celiac and I didn’t get sick. Been almost 24 hours. Dedicated dryer for wings and fries. Manager and staff very knowledgeable about food sensitivities/preparations and I feel that they took a lot of care. Can’t wait to go back.
