The steak wrap at the pool was delicious and gluten free, with no symptoms.

We ordered food at the pool and our server was very knowledgeable about gluten allergies. They offered gluten free bread, buns and wraps for their poolside menu items. They don't have a dedicated menu but the server knew what he could do. He even informed us that the fries were fried in the same fryer as their chicken tenders so told us that their would be cross-contamination.

The Omni Las Palmas Resort & Spa is not celiac friendly. Although we were assured by the staff when booking, their restaurant that does list items as GF could not properly handle our requests. We were served in our room a pastry which had gluten, although our condition was stated on our reservation. Non attentive and not recommended.
