We were on a long waiting list at another restaurant, and ducked into 126 to see if we could get seated immediately at 1pm on a Saturday. No problem! We had excellent service and attention was paid to questions about gluten. Had a delicious Cubano sandwich on GF focaccia, with GF fries. Both were outstanding. Others in our party had omelet and salads that were delicious. No one got sick. Will absolutely return!

No dedicated menu but items are labeled on menu and dedicated gluten free menu online. The owner, Matthew, came by our table to explain the different options that could be prepared gluten free. Fries have dedicated frier and staff was knowledgeable about allergens. Felt safe and had great food.

This is my favorite restaurant in the IC area, hands down! The food is incredible and the GF safety seems to be great!

Went last night for date night and they have a dedicated GF menu that was not just salads. I had the chicken Bourgogne which was amazing. The owner was our server and he took great care to talk about all the GF options there were and they even had GF flatbreads and desserts. We were super pleased with our experience. Can’t wait to go back!

Matthew, the owner, has a mastery of GF foods, preparation, and cross contamination issues. I have eaten here many times in the last year for lunch and dinner, and have never had an issue. Also, the food is excellent!
There is not a GF menu, but most things can be made GF and by asking, you can find out what’s possible. A plus, 126!!

It was amazing!!!! I have celiac and got the Mac and cheese and French fries!! They make sure the fries are made in a way that prevents cross contamination. The owner or manager also came over and spoke with us to clarify the procedure they use to prevent cross contamination. I will definitely be back!

Knowledgeable and accommodating staff. I ordered the artichoke salad and asked to substitute grilled chicken and avocado instead of the chickpeas; also asked for a side of olive oil and sliced lemons. Everything here is made to order. Enjoy!
126 is my favorite spot for a nice dinner! The owner always comes to the table with some off the menu options or adaptations. One time he left the restaurant to go buy a gluten free ingredient somewhere else (which wouldn’t have happened if I had the foresight to call ahead). Food is great, service is incredible, and I’ve never gotten sick!
Flight is one of three connected restaurants in the One Twenty Six family. They make their own gluten free pizza crust, it's very good! Tastes like there is some rosemary in it.
