The good thing about Open Rice is that every single dish (even if you don’t have an allergy) is cooked in it’s own pan, then washed. They use gluten free soy sauce for celiacs. The waiters and waitresses are very knowledgeable and always bring my food out separately. They understand cross-contamination. For instance, their rice noodles are technically gluten free but the package says it is manufactured in the same facility as wheat so they recommended I do not order those. I honestly don’t even like Asian food, but this place is delicious! Very well-seasoned. Excellent service.
