Review of Opry Backstage Grill

Lovely GF menu. It's an actual menu and not a stained piece of paper. Delicious pork shoulder with Memphis Sweet sauce. Had a baked sweet potato with butter on the side. Suspicious flecks in the butter so I stayed away from that. Warm GF brownie is yummy. BTW at 6 pm the singing bartender comes out. Pleasant voice and easy listening.
